At Khadi India, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Images or videos showing the issue

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Opened or used hair care products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund.

Refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method for prepaid orders.
  • Within 5-7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
